Hi Guys. I so enjoyed our time today. The Letter Pennie spoke of was indeed the deposition that we spoke of earlier today. Now the story of the Alabama Indian Ed Program Organization or whatever. Butch was originally the Pres.. resigned Then Loretta Weaver was the Pres., resigned Loretta is a good person and apparently had her own problems with Charlotte who would not cooperate. Then Pennie became Pres., everyone then tried to dissolve the corporation, except Pennie said no. Pennie does not play well with other I guess. LOL The money that was involved still remains with Charlotte, it is my understanding there was close to $47,000.00. was never turned over to the new officers In place. I ask Pennie for any and all paperwork concerning the officers and resignation papers and anything they would have concerning the Assoc. Pennie said she does have them and I have no doubt that she does. they will have to find them. They will fax them to me ASAP. They said it would be this weekend, but it will probably be next week. Is that gonna be soon enough to satisfy your needs? ~~~~~~~
