Allan A. Mitchell of 131 White Pine Cove - Muscle Shoals, Alabama 35661.23
Offered $500.00 to buy a roll number from
>Anita Kirby< as well as the Tribal Secretary- (name withheld) and the Tribal Enrollment Secretary-(Peggy Russell) and was turned down by all.

He then called Charlotte Stewart Hallmark. She then ordered the Tribal Enrollment Secretary to issue him a roll number card. This card has been sent out in the last 60 days so that he could receive federal grant money. Which he wanted to use as a minority bid with Hyundai.

After this Charlotte Stewart Hallmark had the Tribal Enrollment Committee of the Echota disband on the grounds it was against the Privacy Act.

On a personal note, one would expect that an application would be looked over by all involved with a Committee, Business or any other Organization.

If that were the case how would it be an infringement of the Privacy Act?

How would Charlotte Stewart Hallmark have the authority to disband a committee, or why would she even want the responsibility of doing it all herself? Or is this just a personal convenience for her?
