An "emergency" meeting was held and Charlotte Stewart Hallmark brought in her certificates from the various Collages in question. A statement was made that the reason the collages could not find them is because

“Collages don’t keep records for any length of time”. "They must have destroyed them after a few years".

One must ask the question; If Charlotte Stewart Hallmark really attended any of the collages listed on her resume, why can't they find any records or her? It looks like she never really attended any of the Collages listed on her resume, IMAGINE THAT. Does this make her guilty of fraud against the Echota Cherokees of Alabama, The Federal Government and the taxpayers? One would thinks so.

Speaking of the  Federal Government and the Taxpayers and the Red Nations/Native American/American Indians. This is not the first non profit Indian funds this woman has been involved with ! Just how many non profit Organizations does this woman have her hands in?? And what kinds of problems came about?
